Concept for SANCO thematic event series at Shanghai Expo
event and media strategy
H!TANG&CCC was commissioned by the European Commission section for health and consumer’s safety to develop a creative “event packaging” and media strategy for its 3 thematic days within the Shanghai World Exposition.
Our feasibility study included:
- Developing visual ideas for eye catching logos, visuals, mascots and gifts to suit Chinese culture and sensibilities
- Developing key ideas and activities to attract the media’s attention for the 3 different thematic days
- Writing a PR recommendation including strategies for recruiting stake holders and mediatisation of the events.
