Photographic Exhibition
This sports focused photo exhibition staged at the Gehua Art Space in Beijing enjoyed the participation of over 20 Member States of the European Union. Expressing the Olympic spirit and values of commitment, loyalty, will and collaboration , the photos ranged from personal triumphs of individual sportsmen, to moments of defeat, to historic landmarks such as the Munich games of 1976 or the 1st participation of the PRC team in the 1951 Helsinki Olympics.
H!TANG and CCC’s task included curating the show from the individual Member States submissions, securing an exhibition venue and negotiating terms, supervising transport, framing and hanging of the works as well as organizing the opening, which including stage performances linked to the Olympic theme and a media reception .
